  • Responsible for supervising a team as a key member of the dynamic and fast-paced Karbon MRO organization.

What you'll do

  • Leads by example, coaches our team members to success and builds trustworthy relationships
  • Manages the daily Maintenance and Production requirements
  • Leads staff to ensure team member’s skills are utilized to the highest degree possible; leads coordination with Maintenance Training to ensure on-going enhancement of staff and skill set
  • Co-designs and defines the set of standards and measures related to compliance with commercial, quality, as well as regulatory bodies’ agreed standards and procedures
  • Conducts regular meetings with the Commercial and Business Development Teams to ensure best possible communication, identification, and resolution of action items
    Monitors the coordination of maintenance manpower requirements and consistency with program scheduling and priorities
  • Maintains effective communication between Maintenance, Engineering, Facilities Maintenance and other Supply Chain groups
  • Coordinate with the Quality Department or their delegate to ensure all maintenance personnel, maintenance vendors and maintenance contractors meet regulatory and company requirements
  • Manages the performance of the assigned teams to execute action plans and secure the availability and timely safe release of all aircrafts in line with business operational needs, agreed targets and the assigned budget.

All you'll need for success

Minimum Experience Qualifications

  • At least 15 years’ experience in the aviation industry, 5 years of which have been in maintenance supervisory or management in a similar capacity, with at least 2 years leading/co-leading a maintenance organisation.

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Must hold a CAAM AML
  • Good knowledge and working exposure with Commercial/Quality Assurance/Safety/Internal & External Audit functional operations and practices related to and affecting maintenance
  • Has worked on initiating contracts and service level agreements
  • Has experience putting a maintenance budget together and executing the maintenance plan in accordance with the assigned budget
